'Dance, perhaps more than any other body-centered endeavor,
cultivates a body that initiates as well as responds.' Susan Leigh Foster (Choreographing History)
From 9-21 June 1996, The School for New Dance Development (SNDO)
will be celebrating more than a decade of influence and achievement
in the field of experimental dance. To mark this anniversary the
SNDO is hosting 'Bodies of Influence'(BOI), an international forum
for professional experimental dance artists working primarily
in Europe to come together and exchange ideas about making and
presenting work in today's climate.
